Make an Appointment
The first step to your perfectly tailored item starts with a fitting appointment. Send us an email with your request for a jacket, leg cover, cape or size, and we will schedule a day and time for your visit.

During this fitting appointment of about an hour, you will have the opportunity to try on our samples, view fabric samples, and your measurements will be taken accurately.
2. Visit our Studio
Our studio in Ede is wheelchair accessible, and you can park for free right in front of the door. During your visit, we will provide you with a cup of coffee or tea, so that you can make your choices in peace.

You drive up between the two buildings of Roots - World Food Center and on the right you will find the entrance to our studio.
3. During the Consultation
Alicia, an experienced tailoring specialist, will discuss your specific wishes together, such as the model, the fabric, the placement of pockets, colors, prints, and other details such as zippers or buttons, a hood or collar, the length, and any extras such as a zipper in the back or a magnetic closure.
Bring a sweater if you want to try on winter coats or your winter shoes if you want to discuss a leg cover. If you would like a custom-made jacket, we recommend that you come back for an interim appointment, which will be scheduled immediately during the first visit.
4. Quotation and Production
After the appointment, you will receive a quote by e-mail within a week. As soon as you agree with the quotation and have paid the invoice, we will start the production of your unique item.
We aim to complete your custom product within six to eight weeks. However, this depends on the product and the wishes. During the production process, we plan an interim fitting to ensure that everything is to your liking.
Upon completion, your custom-made garment will be carefully packaged and sent to you for 6.95 euros. We pride ourselves on our craftsmanship and make sure that every detail is perfect, so you can enjoy a unique and personal item that completely meets your expectations.
