The first step to your perfectly tailored item starts with a fitting appointment. Send us an email with your request for a jacket, leg cover, cape or size, and we will schedule a day and time for your visit.

2. Visit Our Atelier
Our atelier in Ede is wheelchair accessible, and free parking is available right outside the door. During your visit, we will offer you a cup of coffee or tea, so you can make your choices in a relaxed setting.
During this one-hour fitting appointment, you will have the opportunity to try on our sample models, view fabric swatches, and have your measurements taken accurately.

You drive up between the two buildings of Roots - World Food Center and on the right you will find the entrance to our studio.
If a visit to our atelier is not possible, we can come to you. In that case, we charge a travel fee of €65.00.
3. During the Consultation
Alicia, an experienced tailoring specialist, will discuss your specific wishes together, such as the model, the fabric, the placement of pockets, colors, prints, and other details such as zippers or buttons, a hood or collar, the length, and any extras such as a zipper in the back or a magnetic closure.
Bring a sweater if you want to try on winter coats or your winter shoes if you want to discuss a leg cover. If you would like a custom-made jacket, we recommend that you come back for an interim appointment, which will be scheduled immediately during the first visit.
4. Quotation and Production
After your appointment, you will receive a quotation by email within two weeks. Once you approve the quotation, we will convert it into an invoice and begin the production of your unique item.
5. Intermediate step
We aim to complete your custom product within six to eight weeks. However, this depends on the product and the wishes. During the production process, we plan an interim fitting to ensure that everything is to your liking.
After the intermediate fitting, we proceed with the final adjustments and complete your product.
Upon completion, your custom-made garment will be carefully packaged and sent to you for 6.95 euros. We pride ourselves on our craftsmanship and make sure that every detail is perfect, so you can enjoy a unique and personal item that completely meets your expectations.
