Our procedure

Vraag de jas aan

Via Zorginfo of het Zorgdepot kan je de jas voor jouw cliënt aanvragen. 

Vervolgens wachten wij op goedkeuring vanuit het Zorgkantoor.

Plan een afspraak

At least 5 fitting appointments at 1 location. Due to time and delivery.

If there are fewer than 5 clients, they will be put on the waiting list to be able to combine the fitting appointment with other locations in the region

Maten meten

After approval of the model and choice of colour, the assignment goes to the studio..

The jackets are made in batches. This may mean that it will go into production when all the information is complete.

Productie

Levertijd ligt rond de 8 weken.

After receiving the jackets, please have the packing slip signed by the requests and return it to MOS.

Orthosis coats

Op maat gemaakte jassen ten behoeve van rolstoelgebruikers, met zodanige functiebeperkingen dat een confectiejas redelijkerwijs niet gedragen kan worden en die tevens gebruik maken van een op maat gemaakte zitorthese.

Tear-picking suits

Op maat gemaakte scheurpakken bij cliënt waarbij standaard confectiepakken niet adequaat zijn.

Anti-scheurkleding wordt toegepast bij gedragsproblemen, waaronder: scheurgedrag, bijtgedrag, uitkleden, plukken en/of smeren.
