Our products are custom made in our own workshop. Delivery times may vary depending on the complexity of the custom products and the workload in our workshop.
Production of the custom product begins as soon as the colours and fabric choices have been finalised and the applications have been approved by the healthcare insurance office.
We work with batches to maintain a consistent production flow. This means that during a fitting appointment on location, we measure multiple clients and process these measurements in batches. As a result, clients receive their jackets at the same time.
A (zip-on) leg cover can be added to the order by the client during the fitting appointment. However, this leg cover is at your own expense and must be paid in full before production for both the jacket with leg cover, of that specific client can begin.

Our orthosis jackets are carefully and precisely handcrafted based on the individual measurements taken during a fitting appointment. As these are custom-made products, winter and summer jackets may vary due to differences in linings. If a client has previously ordered a jacket from us, we cannot guarantee that a new jacket will be completely identical, as each piece is unique.
Although we make every effort to deliver jackets of the highest quality, minor variations between products may occur due to the handmade nature of the work. However, if you notice a defect in your jacket, we kindly ask you to report it to us within 7 days of receipt. We will carefully assess the situation and look for an appropriate solution.
If, after reasonable use, a seam, zipper, or another part of the jacket becomes defective, we ask that you share this issue with us. We will analyze it, and if we determine that it is a manufacturing defect, we will carry out the repair. Damage caused by rough behavior of the client or negligence on the part of a caregiver falls outside our responsibility.
Our goal is for every customer to be satisfied with their orthosis jacket. We will always work together to reach a reasonable solution. We would like to emphasize that we are not responsible for damage incurred during the delivery process; this is the responsibility of the delivery service.
- Softshell fabric: Always handle the jacket with care.
- Do not tumble dry: Never put the jacket in the dryer to protect the fabric and fit.
- Wash only when necessary: Wash the jacket only when truly needed to minimize wear.
- Textile cleaner for spot stains: For small stains, use a textile cleaner and treat only the stained area instead of washing the entire jacket.
- Fabric softener and bleach: Avoid using these as they can damage the jacket’s water-repellent properties.
- Maximum 30°C: If you wash the jacket in a machine, use a program of no more than 30°C.
- Low spin cycle: Set the spin cycle to a low speed to prevent damage to the jacket.
- Hand wash is best: If possible, we recommend hand washing the jacket for optimal care.
- Lay flat to dry: Air dry the jacket by laying it flat on a drying rack, away from direct sunlight.
- Use water-repellent spray: After drying, treat the jacket with a water-repellent textile spray to protect it from moisture.
- Fasten closures: Make sure all closures are fastened before washing the jacket.
