How can I return my items?

• Send an email that you want to return your item to info@mosbyalicia.com
• Pack in the original box.
• Stick the return label over the old shipping label.
• Please keep the shipping receipt from the shipping service.

Received damaged or incomplete?

Don't worry! Our customer service is ready to help you and will solve the problem as soon as possible. All we ask is that you contact us within 24 hours of receiving the package to contact us.

Return

Products from the standard collection must be returned within 14 days in the delivered packaging. The costs for returning are for the customer. Fair and sale offers cannot be returned.

Made to Measure

If you have had custom-made clothing made, unfortunately it cannot be returned.

Payment

The return shipment will be settled after we have received it in good order.
